2.2 Property Reservation Fees

In some cases, we may collect property reservation fees on behalf of property developers or sellers to secure a property during the initial stages of a transaction.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1 Consultation Services

For consultation services, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Full refund of the consultation fee.
  • Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of the consultation fee.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be provided.
  • Services already delivered: No refund will be provided for consultation services that have already been delivered.

3.2 Property Reservation Fees

Refunds for property reservation fees are subject to the following conditions:

  • Property unavailability: Full refund if the property becomes unavailable through no fault of the client.
  • Client cancellation within cooling-off period: Full refund if cancellation occurs within 7 days of payment and no services have been rendered.
  • Client cancellation after cooling-off period: Refunds may be subject to deductions for services already provided, administrative costs, and any terms specified in the reservation agreement.

3.3 Service Retainers

Refunds for service retainers are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused portion: The unused portion of a service retainer may be refundable, less any administrative fees.
  • Termination of services: If services are terminated by either party, the unused portion of the retainer will be calculated based on the services already provided and any administrative costs.

3.4 Other Paid Services

Refunds for other paid services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering:

  • The nature of the service
  • The extent to which the service has been delivered
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any third-party costs or fees that have already been incurred

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5.1 How to Request a Refund
